Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, our entire line is cruelty free. We do not under any circumstances test on animals.  

Do you offer a promo discount for makeup artists?

At this time, we do not.

Which payment methods are accepted on this site?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments. Please confirm your delivery address when paying through a service such as PayPal.

How can I be in-the-know about new Pexch Cosmetics releases?

Order Questions

Can I add a discount code after my order is complete?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted. We do not offer price adjustments for products purchased before or after promotions. All discounted items do not qualify for additional discounts.  


How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days and can take up to 7 business days during new releases, sales and restocks, This is not inclusive of processing time, holidays and shipping times.

How do I track my order?

We've actually made this super simple! You can click on the link on your order confirmation email any time and log in to see the status of your order. You can even see past orders and easily re-order the same products that you've already grown to love and adore!

Something is missing from my order. / My order was incorrect!

Whooops! We're happy to help fix this – contact customer service to start the process by sending an email to: Please note, all order discrepancies are to be reported 48 hours after receiving.

Can I cancel my order?

Please keep in mind that your order cannot be changed or cancelled after it is placed.

Can I change the contents of my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order once it has been received.

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale.

Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after received. However, during restocks, holidays, sales and new releases it can take up to 7 days to process. This is not inclusive of shipping time.  

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your order and location.  All domestic shipping is processed via United States Postal Service (USPS). We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and insurance is available through USPS. Any false claims of missing packages will not be honored once the courier confirms a delivery.  Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided. 

My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my package.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but we recommend to check with your neighbors and/or local post office for more information in the meantime.

I provided an incorrect address at checkout, can you issue a full refund?

Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect/incomplete address at checkout, we will not take responsibility for the shipping costs. A new product can be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid for.

My package is stolen. Can you send a replacement?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Once orders are dispatched from Pexch Cosmetics, the parcel is now in the care of the postal courier. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their instructions. USPS recommends waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please contact their customer service department.

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. Please note, Pexch Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.


Pricing and Payments

Are customs and duty fees included in your pricing?

Customs fees are not included in our prices.  International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Note, Pexch Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
